The Miracle Morning: REAL RESULTS IN SIX MINUTES!

6 Minutes Morning Routine Habits To Kick-Star Your Day This Year

Minute 1 — Wake up to a peaceful morning. Begin with a light stretch. Then spend the first minute sitting quietly, in what he called, purposeful Silence. This could mean listening to a guided meditation, prayer or simply contemplating the day ahead. (For 1 minute)

Minute 2 — Pull out your daily affirmations — Something that reminds you of your unlimited potential. (In particular, that’ll be your most important priority.) and read them out loud. (For 1 minute)

Minute 3— Close your eyes, look at your vision board (if you have one made or something that reminds you of goals,) then visualize that future. What is that ideal life look and feel like once you take action and achieve that goal? (For 1 minute)

Minute 4 — Take one minute to write down some of the things you’re grateful for today. Start with food, shelter, and people — to the most mundane such as the pen you use daily.

Minute 5— Grab a non-fiction book — read one page. The idea here is to form a reading habit. Nothing else. One page may not be sufficient, but you only have a minute. So, make it count.

Minute 6 — Spend the last minute moving your body for 60 seconds. Set a one-minute timer. Drop on the floor, start doing push-ups and squats.

You’ll be amazed by how much you can achieve in just under a few minutes.

So, what are you waiting for?

Don’t take my words for it, your mind and body will thank you.
