We need to share our problems to find solutions.
Trying to tackle a problem all by yourself can sometimes make things even worse. But when you open up and share with caring, supportive people—like the ones you meet in the program—you get all kinds of helpful perspectives.
Everyone brings their own unique insight, and chances are, the right solution will emerge. For years, many of us kept our struggles to ourselves, feeling ashamed that our lives weren’t perfect. We assumed everyone else had it all figured out. But the truth is, keeping things bottled up only kept us stuck.
Now we’re realizing that sharing our secrets with people we trust lifts that heavy weight off our shoulders. The more honest we are about what’s really going on, the more we can grow and move forward. And wow—since joining the program, the things we’ve learned and the support we’ve received have been nothing short of life-changing!

Today’s Affirmation:
Telling a trusted friend about a problem will make this day more productive. And the problem may get solved too!
