Breakfast dessert: Peach Pie Parfait 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 cup of pecans
  • 1 cup of dates
  • 1 teaspoons of powdered cinnamon
  • 1 peach

How to Prepare:

  1. In a large measuring cup, add 1 cup of chia seeds, 1 tbsp of maple syrup.
  2. Then add 1 cup of milk (preferably Almond milk)
  3. Stir until mixed.
  4. Now refrigerate it for 2 hours.
  5. Next, grab a frying pan, add 1 cup of rolled oats, then 1 cup of pecans.
  6. Mix them in the frying pan until warm.
  7. Now remove it from the heat, and place it inside a blender.
  8. Add one dates, then a tablespoon of cinnamon.
  9. Blend all together until grated.
  10. Grab one peach, cut it into chunks, then place it on a separate bowl.
  11. Grab a tall wine glass, pour in the blended mixture, then add the peach chunks into the mix, sprinkle some cinnamon of top, serve enjoy!
