Watching the sunset often wraps our souls in a blissful calm.

And since we understand the laws that involved, It’s not an terrifying event to have witness.

The storm always breaks. The tide always turns. And the sun always rises again.

American author and journalist, Ernest Hemingway made similar remarks in his novel, The Sun Also Rises by opens it with the following bible verse:

“One generation passeth, and another generation cometh; but the earth abideth forever. The Sun also riseth, and the sun goeth down, and rested to the place where he arose.”

A change in the seasons, immersed us in these moments of sunset serenity.

Even though it may not seemed noticeable, the Earth is actually traveling pretty fast around the Sun.

Physicists believes it to about 100,000km/h.

Now that’s crazy fast.

Yet, we barely noticed it.

What’s seems clear to us is that the sun rises in the east, then sets in the west.

Nature surrounds us all the time, even unfolding in the vast canvas above us.

The warm hues of the setting sun can trigger a cascade of positive emotions. Particularly, sunset, or sunrise helps us reduces stress, and enhances our overall mood.

Doing some form of exercise during these magical hours, do wonders for our body and mental health.

Other natural elements like rainbows or a rising full moon, have been said to have the same effect on how we experience the landscape around us.

...

Whether you’re a seasoned sunset serenity enthusiast or a curious newbie, – always remember to pause and savor those golden moments.

As American self-help author and a motivational speaker, Wayne Dyer reminds us, “We are spiritual beings living in a physical world.”

So, try not to let your life situation to get you worked up.
