  • Orange, Carrot, yams, mangoes, melons, Passionfruit juices, nuts, Honey, Ginger, lemongrass, Sesame seeds, Vanilla, Teas, lemon, and water — lots of water.
  • Wear orange clothes and use this color in home décor.
  • Wear or collect orange gemstones such as coral or copper pieces.
  • Take a Sensual cooking class.
  • Go for a deep tissue massage. It will help reduce chronic muscle pain and recovery from injuries.
