The throat chakra is known in Sanskrit as the Vishuddha (pronounced vi-shoo-da.)
This chakra connects both your self and your most universal self, through communication.
The throat chakra permitted you to express yourself emotionally, honestly, and directly.
It is considered to be the last doorway to the lighter and the higher chakras.
An awakened throat chakra gives you the ability to speak your truth, even if your voice shakes. Do it with love without fearing others.
In essence, it encourages to share, to listen with empathy, and to focus on your goals without the fear of others.
When this chakra opens, It’ll genuinely permitted yourself to let the universe work through you.
When the Throat Chakra is out of balance, you’ll tend to express yourself with arrogance or hide behind shyness.
Consequently, the body may suffer from throat infections, tooth pains, tiredness, and often reoccurring colds.
